Black Milk & Freddie Gibbs Come to NY’s Home of Hip-Hop, SOBs, – August 3rd A tornado of true, eclectic hip hop is coming in from the Midwest to S.O.B.’s on August 3rd. Please join us as we tear up a Tuesday night with Black Milk & Freddie Gibbs. Hailing from Detroit Michigan, Black Milk brings the funk and soul to Hip Hop that most artists and producers strive for but cannot obtain. In 2004, he released his first album Sound Of The City, Vol. 1 on Fat Beats Records, which was given much praise. Now in 2010, Black Milk, through twitter, has announced that his forthcoming album, Album of the Year will be released on September 14th.
