North Huntsville’s Aquamain has always (in relative terms) had an interesting ear for beats, but has never really nailed down a style of his own. Looks like that is an issue of the past. “Reggie Ragland” was smart for a dance-oriented jam and “Aladdin”, while uniquely creative and quite traptastic, lacked intensity. “Pray For Mi” is this kid’s coming out party. His flow takes top billing here, as it allows him to casually toss out punchlines without immediately begging for a reaction like too many post-Fabolous ne’er do wells who “impress” these days. Pay Attention.
