XL is a classy dude. “Vossi On The Rocks” was easily my favorite Devin The Dude song from 2010. On “Round & Round” XL invites King Tee down from the throne to catch substantial wreck over an impeccable slab of g-funk from the righteously-named Dogg Master. The Hedonistic Tape should be killer.
Didn’t expect to hear an Isley Brothers interpolation when I hit play here, didn’t expect a 4Loko song to sound like this period – it’s smooth as hell. Way better than it has any right to be, considering it’s essentially a novelty song. Big thanks to XL for sending it over.
