This slice of 80s-styled electro-soul-discofunk-whatever is one of those completely random finds that one sometimes stumbles upon when treading uncharted internet wilderness. I’m not familiar with the origins of it in the slightest, but I was able to google up the following:

Thriller, the anonymous record label/ producer makes more than a welcome return with Thriller 003: Two, heavy slabs of dirty-disco goodness coming courtesy of Darren J. Cunningham, better known as producer/ DJ & label manager (Werk Records), Actress.

I’m not sure if these are edits or entirely original creations, but they jam like Bruce LeRoy fighting reaganomics in the streets of fire. Disco isn’t really the appropriate term here, at least not in that Stayin’ Alive kind of way. The A-side Freak For You is thumping mid-tempo bass heavy electric funk with stuttering drums and snatches of etherial soul-diva vocals. The B-side Point & Gaze offers a steady slow hazy rhythm that slowly strips itself down to nothing but a woozy hypnotic drum pattern and then builds back up for the hell of it.  Vanity would surely approve and maybe gyrate a little.
