Man, Fase raps well. I really like all three of these guys and really would love to see a Brick Squad/Ill Burn/Coke Boyz mixtape. Side note: Whenever I see Chinx Drugz’ name I can’t help but think of opium.
I am completely confident in claiming A-Wax as one of the 10 best rappers on the planet right now. I have empirical data to support myself. Do not challenge me. YG is entertaining as hell in his own right as well. Interstate Trafficking should be monumental. By the way, it was pretty cool of Wax to get that PhilaFlava tat on his throat. Beat that, Slug.
Odd pairing on Waka’s sonic turf that works simply because Wax can rap over anything and make it sound incredibly natural. This will be on April 26th’s Nightmare From Elm Street 3. If you can’t wait that long, and/or need a refresher on the first two volumes, you can download NFES 2.5 at A-Wax.com. The snippets from NFES 3 sound very promising. Wax can’t lose.
Single from Nightmare 3. PhilaFlava’s own Comedy Quaddafi on the chorus! While I am not the biggest fan of this type of Runners-lite chorus malarkey, Wax’s effortless presence on the mic more than makes up for it. It’ll be interesting to see if Wax and Waka actually make some music together or are just piru-bq buddies. Fingers Crossed.
More effortlessly dope music from Waxfase. There are very few emcees working today who can touch A-Wax right now. This should be on Nightmare From Elm Street 2, which should be out in a couple weeks.
