Another one from Rapping With Paul White. I should really stop chipping away at this album and listen to the whole thing, I’ve liked the bits I’ve heard so far.
I’m still not totally sure about where I stand on Homeboy Sandman, but going by this funny UK travelogue I’d say the guy has some writing skills.

Paul White – One Of Life’s Pleasures Ft. Danny Brown
Monday, August 22nd, 2011
Leaked of Paul White’s Rapping With Paul White, which comes out tomorrow. White and Brown are on different drugs, but psychedelics and adderall do go together quite well. At least until the speed freaks start stabbing the hippies (no Altamont).

Freddie Gibbs – Rap Money Ft. Daz Dillinger (Kuttet & Skrudd By Soul Division)
Wednesday, August 10th, 2011
This landed in our inbox all the way from Norway, courtesy of production duo Soul Division (comprised of P. Jones and Groove Daniels). Kinda weird to hear a Statik Selektah beat chopped up, by Vikings of all people. Keep’em coming though.
‘Kuttet & Skrudd’ means chopped & screwed in Norwegian. I just taught you something.

Babe Rainbow – Greed (feat. Yung Clova of G-Side)
Wednesday, June 22nd, 2011
I won’t lie, I kinda hated this when I first heard it, for no good reason really. Then after another try it really grew on me. It reminds me of a very good UNKLE b-side that was lost in time, or possibly released only in Japan on very limited flourecent vinyl. Not surprisingly Clova sounds right at home over spacey electronic production, although the tone here is darker then the usual G-Side m.o.
Taken from Babe Rainbow’s Endless Path EP, which you can buy/stream from his bandcamp HERE.
G-Side – The Blackout Ft Chris Lee
Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011
To put things in context, G-Side left Huntsville for a European tour mereley hours before Alabama was devastated by the tornadoes. It’s pretty hard to imagine what that would feel like, being half way around the world not knowing what happened to your loved ones or if you even have a home to return to, and at the same time feeling the need to do something about it, anything. So they do what they always do to express their relationship with their hometown, in good times and bad – they make music.
G-Side are now offering this track for $1 via their bandcamp, all proceeds from this download will be donated to the American Red Cross for the 2011 Alabama Tornado Victims.
Telemachus ft Roc Marciano – Scarecrows (prod by Telemachus) RADIO RIP
Tuesday, March 8th, 2011
Telemachus just produces here, does a damn good job too, nicely cinematic but suitably low key. The raps are all Marciano, on par with the rest of his recent work. Stream only since I’m already bootlegging a bootleg. Official release coming some time soon on YNR Productions.
props to Juice Label for the find.
Marq Spekt – The Drum

Some new Spekt (’bout damn time), from his upcoming “School Of Sharks” tape. Produced by Lex Boogie.
EDIT (as per Mark himself in the comments): ‘SCHOOL OF SHARKS is a collective tho’, I’m just a part of it.’

Cradle Orchestra – Imported Nights ft. Camp Lo
Monday, October 25th, 2010I’m pretty sure this is the kind of music Jay-Z plays when it’s his turn to host the monthly Illuminati picnic.
