Well executed and thoroughly modern socially conscious rap, mercifully devoid of the usual cliches associated with the words ‘conscious rap’. I may need to follow Knxwledge more closely, I liked the few of his productions I’ve heard so far.

I’m often skeptical of young upstarts rapping over iconic beats, but this is pretty dope. Taking the thoughtful and introspective approach was definitely the right way to do it.
I want a Ferg solo tape more than I want any other A$AP-related solo (SGP doesn’t count).
So Habits & Contradictions leaked. I’m jumping around the tracklist now, went to the A$AP Rocky feature song because… well I just like Rocky. Q clearly has the superior skills between the two of them, which is just as evident here as it was on ‘Brand New Guy‘. But still, they do make a good pair on a track.
