Ariya Astrobeat Arkestra – Crosstown Traffic

This band makes no effort to match what Jimi does, they play to their own strengths instead, which is really the best way to go about doing a cover of a song this classic. So they swap the wall of guitar fuzz for some killer bass lines, turn the song into tough energetic jazz funk, and the result sounds like it would fit right in as background music for an extended high octane car chase sequence from a 70s action movie.
